At Deltron, every product undergoes rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure it meets the highest international standards before reaching our customers.

We work closely with approved laboratories and offer Third-Party Inspection (TPI) from agencies like TUV, Lloyd’s, BV, SGS, and DNV on customer request.

Our Testing Capabilities Include:
• Chemical Composition Testing (Spectro/PMI):
To verify material grade and alloy content using Positive Material Identification (PMI) or spectrometry.

• Mechanical Testing:
To confirm tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and hardness, as per relevant ASTM/ASME standards.
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT):
Non-destructive test to detect internal flaws in pipes, plates, and forgings.
• Hydrostatic Pressure Testing:
For seamless and welded pipes, to check leakage or pressure endurance.
• Visual & Dimensional Inspection:
Visual & Dimensional Inspection:
• ntergranular Corrosion (IGC) Test:
As per ASTM A262, especially for corrosion-resistant grades like 304L and 316L.
• Flattening & Flaring Tests (For Pipes):
To test ductility and formability under stress.
• Third-Party Inspection (TPI):
We offer inspection and certification from leading global agencies as per buyer requirements.
